I have one form with only text on it to show when the user clicks a button. Now the form is very long (longer than te screen) and I already tried everything but it won't work. I'm trying to show only a small screen with a scrollbar so the user can just scroll down to read on. I put all the right things in the properties, but it just shows the small screen and a scrollbar, but that is it. The screen does not scroll down.

Can anyone help me??

Hi:

I think I'd use a label with a hyperlink to a text file, that would open in Word or Notepad or...

You can do this in Access 2003 easily, and I think I remember in Access 2000 you can use "paste special". Or, you can type in the hyperlink as you put the label in the form.

Look in Access Help under "hyperlink" for the version of Access you're using.

Hi OracleScorpion,
You can make a 1 field table with data type memo. Put this field onto your form. Now you can scroll it. To make it read only, put the locked-property to yes

Thank you both, I'm going to try both ways and see which one the users prefer. Thanks!

Hi:
I've got to say: try Pamper's first. If you don't have more than 64,000 characters in your memo field, it seems the way to go.
