Problem with sessions not clearing properly

On SNA Server 4.0, we have a problem on certain servers whereby on ending a session, the LU will show as available again but retain the IP address of the last connected 3270 client.

We are then unable to use the LU again without stopping the SNA service and rebooting the server.

Any troubleshooting hints welcome!
