I am getting error messages when trying to log into the server group on SCE 10 and can't find where there is any kind of list as to who is a member of the Symantec Server Group 1

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What error message?

If you like to know which servers you have in your environment, please use regedit.exe to see them:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\INTEL\LANDesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion\AddressCache

I think I'm getting the same error. Here is the complete message:

"Error: Can't communicate with the Server Group. Verify Network Connectivity and that machines are operating within the Group! If problem persists, try clearing the Server Group cache and re-discovering all Server Groups."

I've went to symantec's site and tried there fix but it didn't work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks

Did you walk through the steps in this article?

Each time the server group is unlocked, a certificate serial number is incremented. If this value exceeds 256, this behavior occurs.

To work around the problem, restart the computer and verify the following DWORD value on the primary server:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel\LanDesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion\ScSComms\LocalData\LoginCaCertIssueSerialNum

If this value is greater than 256, set the value to 1. This value is increased with every server group unlock from any Symantec System Center on the network. If the environment includes multiple Symantec System Centers, this value can increase or exceed the 256 limit quickly. If the Auto-Unlock setting is enabled so that the server group opens automatically, the value increases when Symantec System Center starts.
