Problem with saving

Recently upgrade System to XP, after that installed crystal reports 9 Developer. Created new report , and I want to save it, not able to save new report. If I want to do File-> Open , the popup window is not coming to access the file. And also I am not able user function File-> SaveAS . Can some can help me with fix.

Are you getting an error?

Does the user have access to write fiels?

Obviously CR 9 can save files as you describe, so the problem is probably install or permission related.

I am able to save existing reports that means I have write permissions, but if I create new reports then it will not allow me to save reports, It will not give any errors , just It will not perform any action. I also logged in as administrator and try to save but that did not worked.
