Problem with Runtime application and Windows XP

I have distributed my application via the package solution. If I install on a Windows 7 computer it works fine.
If I install on a vista computer it works also fine.
If I install it on a XP computer I get an error message during starting up:
"The expression on open you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: file missing".

First I do not understand why it gets an error only on the XP machine but second hoy can I debug/solve it??
Help will be very appriciated
