I have an Access database from which I would like to print a MailMerge. The code I am using runs on a click event from a form in Access. It launche Word, opens the template into which the data is merged, and sucessfully completes the merge. The problem comes when I attempt to print the merged documents. It will only print the template with the merge fields, but not the merged documents.

I have tried "ActiveDocument.PrintOut"
I have tried "odoc.PrintOut" with odoc being the object variable referring to the mailmerged documents. If I close the original template and then try to print the only document left in the window (the merged document), I get an error saying there is no active document. I have tried "odoc.Activate" and get an "Automation error".

Must be something I can do.

Thanks,
Bob
