problem with rule agent

using notes 6.5.1 and want to create a rule agent a under:

created three folders called USA, SRL and Others. Our email addresses contain a three digit country code like USA and SRL. I want that any incoming email in which i am in cc and if it contains USA, it will go to USA folder and similarly if it contains SRL, it will go in the SRL folder.

Any other email in which i am in cc and contains other 3 digit code goes in the other folder

problem is that the first 2 cases work but cant figure out how to create the other rule since it is affecting the USA and SRL based emails, like the USA mail goes in both the USA and Other folder.

Does your Other case check that the 3-letter country code is not USA or SRL ?

yes my 3rd rule is like if :

cc contains Amir Jawaid
AND Sender contains SRL
AND Sender contains USA
move to Others

problem is that any email coming from eitehr USA or SRL are duplicating in Other folder in addition to their own.

The "USA"/"SRL" values - could they by any chance be contained in some other part of the Sender ?

In other words, are you certain that the country is recognized 100% of the time as a country tag, and not something else ?

It may be a good idea to check for something like " USA ".
