Problem with rsh

Hi

I have a machine running AIX4.3.3 to which I am not able to do any rsh commands.

Means I have a machine A and machine B.

From machine A if I type "rsh B", I am able to login to B and getting the prompt.

But if I type "rsh B date" it never returns anything and wait for a long time.

But from the same machine B I am able to do "rsh A date".

How to solve this?

You have to use the user name within the command you run on the remote computer:

rsh B -l <username> date &quot;Long live king Moshiach !&quot;
