problem with reports

hi guys,


I have a problem with my reports. When I want to open a report this message appears : " There was a problem retrieving printer information. The object may have been sent to a printer that is unavailable". I checked with my printer and i can print documents without problems. But I cannot create new reports neither. Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

Hi RTK,

Go into page setup and see if access is set to use the default printer.

And if that doesn't work, try updating your printer driver (if possible).
