problem with report if I export into Excel file

Hi,

I have a report some thing like

recno name address city
1 xx yy zz

aa bb cc
dd ee ff
2 ss sdf sdf
ch 33 er
er tu idf
...............

If I export the above report to excel the records are not coming in correct formate i.e in the excel file looks like

1 xx yy zz
aa bb cc
dd ee ff
2 ss sdf sdf
ch 33 er
er tu idf

I want excel file some thing like this

1 xx yy zz
aa bb cc
dd ee ff
2 ss sdf sdf
ch 33 er
er tu idf

I want the excel file some thing like from report.
Please can any one help me how can design a report so that excel file looks in that format.
