I have a domain " We are paying for the URL " to be redirected to ".net". My main page is index.php. When I click on the links the pages change but not the URL and the app. does not works properly since it does not sends any variables, the URL stays with the same address:
If I run the app. from " it works properly.

What can I do so the redirects works accordingly and the URL changes?

thanks

You probably have the company hosting the .com domain using a frameset to "redirect" your site to the .net domain. This is a very cheap way of doing things... but common nonetheless.

I would look at changing the .com provider to be the same as the .net provider, and arranging for the .com domain to point to the same IP as the .net domain... hopefully the web host you settle with does this for free... but you may have a small fee on your hands.

If it doesn't work out the way you expect, try this company for hosting... they always manage to get it right for me:
Cheers,
Jeff
