Problem with receiving emails

Hi All

I am experiencing a strange problem.
Remote users to the system, when they are sending emails to users in the system, emails got stuck in Categorizer.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Also, we have a Open Source CRM on 1 of the servers, and whenever they send emails from the CRM, almost all the messages doesnt matter outside or inside the company, they all got stuck in Categorizer.

What can be done about this?
