Problem with RADNP

Hi,
I have a problem with VSU in BC9.
anybody knows how can i solve this problem?

<radnp:vsid=all;
WAIT
WAIT
WAIT
COMMAND LOST

I have restart the program unit RA1DP in all the lims and RHH in lim 1, but the result is the same.

with command HIMDP appear the RHH progam in lim 1

any news?

What if you did:
radnp:vsid=1;
radnp:vsid=2;

Please post the fault signal from HIMDP; after sending
radnp:vsid=all;

Is this a VSU that was in service and suddenly quit working?

If so, can you call it and play or record messages?

Restart the VSU board and verify operation.

I have 4 VSU in my system and all of them is working OK, the problem is that i need to put a new voice message but i dont know the extension of the VSU.

I probed to restart all of the VSU board but the result is the same .

any ideas?

I dunno.......I guess you'll have to put on your detective hat.

Do you know the DIR of the other VSU's? & if so are you lucky enough that those DIR's are in a consecutive number range?

What do you get for the BPOS if you send SYEDP:LIM=X; for the LIM in which this VSU is installed?

Are you able to print out the various ACD groups (or at least the particular group you need to change the message) to see what ANN's are assigned and then print out what ANN's and associated messages are assigned to what VSU's?

Does a CNLIP for the LIM in which this VSU show the board to be active?

Does a SYEDP:BPOS=x-x-xx; show the board to be assigned?


As a last resort I guess you could print out your vacant extensions, then print all analog and digital extensions, ADN's, hunt groups and ACD groups and compare the printouts of assigned numbers to vacant numbers. Logically, numbers unaccounted for should be your VSU's.

That's all the ideas I have at the moment.
