Problem with "Process 996, 1012, 1014"etc. connecting on zonealarm

Running Windows XP home, Norton AV 2002,Lavasoft AdAware latest edition and Zonealarm Pro 2.6.362, I keep getting the mysterious "Process 996" or "Process 1012" or "Process 1014" etc., connecting to the internet (icon displayed in zonealarms Program window). Norton (up to date) and Lavasoft AdAware show nothing is wrong. All searches for what or who "Process whatever" is, come up empty. "Generic Host Process for Win 32 Services" has local & internet privelages & my connection is through Bellsouth DSL. All my settings in zone alarm have been in place for a long time & nothing has changed there to account for this recent "Process" connection. No new programs asks for priveleges or are displayed in the column view of zonealarm programs. Every time I reboot & connect through my DSL connection, I get a different "Process...." showing it's connected to the internet.Usually after zonealarm is started, I connect to my DSL connection followed by Incredimail then showing it's connecting (no problem there) then the "Process...." icon shows up & zonealarm indicates that "Process...." is connecting to the internet, again no program is showing up to deny it the privelage of connecting. Is this some form of "spyware" or a worm? Help please!
