Problem with "Company Greeting" on CP100

Client called today with a new problem for me. Apparently all of a sudden the company greeting is playing greeting #5 instead of #1 (Business Open)or #2 (Business Closed). She had checked via the GUI from home before calling me. I went to client as the boss was there. Verified programming on CP100 & time on CICS, rebooted CP100, then changed the power supply just in case. Still no change. As a last resort I deleted greeting #5 but still no change. For the time being I deleted, then re-recorded #5 with the same greeting as #1. That is now playing 24/7.

Any thoughts?
 
Most likely table corruption is my guess.
4 things to try in order...

1 -Use another Table for the lines.

2 -If it is under 3.1 then upgrade using the front slot in hopes it overwrites the corruption.

3 -Backup the CP (if none present)
Then do a REINSTALL then restore from the backup.
If the corruption was included in the backup and still plays greeting 5 then do another REINSTALL and from scratch.
I would just do quick basic programming with AA and Greeting 1 and then test before reprogramming the rest.

4 -Replace software card
