Hi Support team,
we've recently setup a QSIG link between an MD110 BC13 and Avaya Communication Manager 5.2.
All is working fine we can call, receive calls, the number presentation is ok, we can use auto-callback, transfer, conference....
but there is an issue with forwards :
fe: we have 3 stations: a=avaya, b=ericsson, c=ericsson
b is forwarded to c
a is trying to call b
the call stay on b and don't follow the forward to c
in the BC13 trace we can see an " unrecognised operation"
and you can see the trace attached from the avaya side
in the other way:
d=avaya, e=ericsson
d is forwarded to a mobile (GSM)
e is calling d the mobile is ringing we can pickup the call but there is no voice and after 3 seconds the call fail with a message TIME OUT displayed on the phone
any help can be useful
