Hi,
we have done a upgrade from BC10 to TSW SP1. After the Upgrade we have problems with the Q-SIG between MD and Business Phone. A Business Phone user can call a user in the MD, but when the BP user try to get a access to an external line, in the display of the phone come the message vacant number! Can anybody help me?

I am sure you already checked all route data and connected data in your new system. If you have SAM Tools you can use STI to verify what is really going on in your switch.

You initiate a trace in TS side.
STISR;
STUNI:LIM=1,UNIT=SLP60,MSKSIG=A1&02,STORE=YES;
STTSS:TRI=1,SIZE=500;
STTSI:TRI=1;

Then initiate the call from BP. After vacant number, stop the trace using STTSE:TRI=1; Then log/store the print from STRAP:TRI=1;

Open you STI and interpret the file using ISDN Generic.
On incoming SETUP you will see how the digits are received.

You can also tell in the trace where is the problem. Is it in the incoming side or outgoing side.

Let us know.
