problem with prompts with a filter

Hi,
I created a element prompt on a attribute with filter to choose few elements and filter has custom sql in that that is using applycomparison internal function to get the elements when i am trying to run the report with the prompt in mstr web its not showing the prompt i removed the filter from prompt i kept to list of all elements its working fine i tried to keep filter prompt other reports but still it didnt worked.

Could you please suggest me

Is the security setting for the prompt restricted to Web users for some reason?

Hi entaroadun,
i checked security settings for all the objects i mean to say prompts,filters, folders etc but its not restricted to web user but still its not working.
