Problem with printing report

hi,
I have Main report with 4 subreports in detail section and 2 sub reports in report footer section. When I run the report I can see all the information but when I print only upto to detail section is being printed.I tried placing sub report from the footer to detail section but still not able to print that particular information from sub report. Not able to figure why? Any help would be very much appreciated.Thanks in advance

From your post, when you say "I can see all the information" I assume you mean in Preview mode, but then part of the information goes away when you press the Print tab from the menu bar.

If so, are you entering criteria in a form, so that only certain records are being printed? If that's the case, then closing the form after data is sent will cause what you indicate.
