Hello All,
We have a problem with Elements v6.0. Our goal is to set up the "Adobe PDF" printer to NOT prompt for a filename or path, and instead setup a "Adobe PDF Port" that points to a path on the C drive (for example C:\Print)
The problem we experience is when we set this ufails to work correctly if the "My Documents" folder is pointed to a root path. For example, if I setup "My Documents" to point to C:\My Documents - Acrobat performs correctly. If I setup "My Documents" to point to C:\ or in our case, a network share, H:\ acrobat fails to work, when it tries to print it shows that it is sending the file to H:\C:\Print
This only happens when My Documents is set to a root path. Otherwise the program performs correctly. We've examined the registry and all of the acrobat printer preferences and properties and can find no setting that would adjust this.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, any help would be greatly appreciated!
