problem with php topsites in index.php

hi, i have a problem with php topsites, i downloaded the stuff i needed uploadend it and i got these 2 messages:

Warning: file("") - Undefined error: 0 in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/gamesoutlook.34sp.com/httpdocs/modules/Topsites/index.php on line 15

and

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: reset_update_time() in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/gamesoutlook.34sp.com/httpdocs/modules/Topsites/index.php on line 22

can anyone tell me wat to do in index.php to make it work??
