Problem with PC Phone and TDA 100

Hi.

First of all I want to make clear that my knowledge with Panasonic systems is very limited. I install often AVAYA IPOffice systems but very rarely Panasonic. OK, on with the problem. One of our dealers has installed in one of his clients (with a TDA 100) a trial version of PC Phone. The software is working perfectly except for the recording function. When they try to record a conversation via PC Phone, only the voice of the extension user is being recorded and not the other (remote) participant. I have no idea what may be the problem. Does anyone have seen this problem again? and if yes what can our dealer do to fix it?

you must make sure all ports for voip are open at both ends
and there may be bugs in trial version thats why a call to techsupport might be a good idea....
