HI !!

I'm using PFW 4.6 running on NT server

My problem is about the PAS, i move the aplication(PFW) to another server , but the pas doesn't want to work, i can access the application , consult and everything except process something in the Pas , when i try to do that there's an error number 81 "Lock error" ... It seems like the application does not send anything to the PAS or the PAS can not process the request.

Do you know what can i do

Thanks ,
Erika

Sorry I can't help you with the problem as I am really new to this software. I see that you moved your PFW server, I have PFW and Clientele and am trying to move the two apps to a new, faster server. Is there some walkthrough you can direct me to or let me know what steps to take to make this work. I've spent four days trying to get it right and its still giving me problems... I'm sure it can't be as difficult as I'm making it.

Thanks

Keith

I've encountered this error on our site with the PAS.

The best solution I have found for this is to simply rebuild the queues after you have repathed them in the application.

To do this logon to Platinum as your admin and use the modify option on the queue you wish to alter.

Write down all details of the queue, if it were me I would even backup Platinum first, just to be safe.

Delete the queue, then recreate.

This resolved the error on our site.
