Problem with paging IP phone over VPN

Hi,
BCM1000 R3.7.If we park the call and page using soft key, remote IP gets only page tone but not actual announcement. If we page using preprogrammed button everything is OK. Did any one had problem like this and could share the solution?

Thank You! So for future reference, is there a bug with the Wizard and I have to always manually configure the DNs? I was seeing 001, 002, 003, and their DN +10 (268 was showing 278). I did not put this in here.
