Hi All,
I want to create one report with 40 columns in Crystal report XI and I need large Paper Size. i tried with Page setup option selecting "11x17" and "Landscape" Option. Even then I can drag only 30 Columns. I need 10 more colummns to be populated there. Is there any other Page Setup option or maximum Paper size that will fit 40 Columns to display. So that I can use horizontal scroll bar to look my columns while previewing the report.

As with all Windows programs, Crystal is milited by WIndows, this is NOT a Crystal issue.

If you're just generating a report for viewing or exporting only, install the standard Windows printer driver for the HP Designjet 3500 CP, it allows for over 100" in landscape.

If you need to print, that's a different topic.

I would suggest that you post requirements rather than stating what doesn't seem to work for you, that doesn't help us understand what you need, it merely conveys your frustration, we need requirements. Obviously you could just resize those 40 columns, so you must have a concern beyond that, right?.

So state it.
