greetings!

Thank you very much for the response on my question last time,

I'm using crystal report that comes with visual basic 5, by the way what version is my crystal report?.

Questions
1. Can I download any new version of Crystal report that will still work in visual basic 5 or 6 environment?

2. I'm having problems with my page number. I was hoping I could use this format PAGE n of m ex. Page 1 of 2 how will I do it?

3. any website or book I could use to learn more about my version of crystal report?

Thank you very much

Hi,

If this feature is available to you, it should be in the
Other functions dropdown list when creating a formula.

It is called PageNofM.

If you type it in and it goes blue then the function is available to you!

Most functions can be downloaded from the Seagate Website
if you have not got them.

Hth,
Geoff

You are working with the free Version 4.6 that comes with VB. This doesn't have the page N of M functionality, and I don't believe that you can download it for you version. You can upgrade to later versions of CR, but it won't be free. Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting
