problem with outlook2002 and hotmail

Hello I am having a problem with outlook2002 and hotmail... When i open my hotmail account there is a wierd "frame" around my messages.. it wasnt always like this, it just happened one day.. i have another pop3 acct and this problen does not occur on this email account, only the hotmail one.. any idea how i can fix this? thanks.. click the link to see a pic of what im talking about..
