I have just recently installed a Citrix XPs Server on W2K for our company (within the last week). We are publishing a desktop to users across a T1 line.
One of the things that they have access to from their ICA desktop is an Outlook 97 Client linked to their Mail Account on our Exchange 5.5 Server.
Strange problem popped up this morning... One user, after opening his ICA session runs Outlook. Outlook opens with no problems and he can get to his mailbox. He has 6 new messages in his box. 4 of them open with no problems. 2 of the messages won't open. When you click on the message a "Microsoft Outlook Error" window opens with the message "Can't Open this Item. The Objects could not be found"
If this same user, accesses his Exchange mailbox through OWA over an INternet connection, the message opens just fine.
Locally, on my machine, I created a profile for the user and connected an Outlook Client to the Exchange server locally (not through ICA) and I can open the email fine.
Through the published desktop the problem persists...
Any ideas????
