Problem with oracle agent

hello all.
We have backup server BrightStore Entriprise Backup (win2k) sp4, server oracle 8.1.7 (win2k) with backup agent for oracle v.2 , for installed i used account administrator. I can backup but, have proble with restoring, getting "E3150 unable to connect to network drive (drive=\\server\admin$, ec=logon failure)", restore job fails.

someone can help me resolve this problem?

Right click on the server and goto security and give the arcserve system account for a restore ........
