Problem with opening model (TR3108)

When I open a specific model (.pyi) in Transformer the message:
"(TR3108) Transformer could not load User Class Information. Authentication error. The namespace cannot be found."
The model was created in another environment. I cannot get more information about the original namespace or other information.

Is there a way to open the model in transformer?

If the model was created in another environment, and has stored security info, you might be out of luck.
