I have several hosted sites, 1 of the sites I use as the main site to publish to, the others I use as file storage, eg, executables, zip files, mp3's etc, accessed via links on the main site, the problem is with the main site, when I click on 'File->Open Web' in FP2000, and type in the http address of the main site, then enter my user name and password, an error is displayed 'The folder http//name/name. isn't accessible. The folder may be located on an unavailable or protected with a password.' The other sites have no problem. When I read the 'Wcerr' text file, it says that I don't have permission for this action, I have contacted the hosting service and they said there's nothing wrong. What could have gone wrong?
