Problem with opening call monitoring recording file, 404 error

-Hi,
I have Elastix 2.4
I am getting " 404 File Not found" error when i access .wav file from pbx > Monitoring. Following is URL i have trouble downloading.

I am sending all call recordings to a external HDD, i added new locatin(/Monitor/) in the General Setting > Recording Location:
In the call trace log i have following Lines

-- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:2] Set("SIP/142-000000a0", "MIXMON_CALLFILENAME=/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/g102-20141117-120033-1416243633.172.wav") in new stack
-- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:3] GotoIf("SIP/142-000000a0", "0?defaultmixmondir") in new stack
-- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:4] Set("SIP/142-000000a0", "MIXMON_CALLFILENAME=/Monitor/g102-20141117-120033-1416243633.172.wav") in new stack
-- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:5] System("SIP/142-000000a0", "test -e /Monitor/g102-20141117-120033-1416243633.172.wav") in new stack

Please help me to fix this issue.
