Problem with One Server IN SFTIII ver 4.2

I installed SFT-III ver 4.2 on Acer Altos 9100B servers.The servers are running fine. If primary goes down, the secondary takes over also. The problem I am facing is that if I try to make the second server as primary by executing "activate server" on the 2nd server (which we generally make secondary)the system does not come up properly. Instead it asks for MSEngine Name and IPX internal Network No.

Any one having clue to this problem?

Sounds like you ncf files aren't complete. Have you tried copying the nwserver directory from the working server to the other server. Maybe some setting/files missing on the non-functioning server.

Otherwise check the msauto.ncf and ioauto.ncf.

This TID tells how to installl SFTIII manually. It contains all the steps so could be a good trouble shooting TID. Follow it through and check both your servers confi against it.
