Problem with OLE server or ActiveX Control

I have entered ole objects into my database through jsp pages. When I double click on the file to be displayed the following message comes up: a problem occurred while Microsoft Windows was communicating with the OLE server of ActiveX Control. Close the OLE server and restart it outside of Microsoft Access.
These files are saved as long binary data in the table.
