I have Office 2003 installed on my computer and every once in awhile when I turn on my PC and start any Office product (word, power point, excel, outlook) the icons are plain and not the robust nice looking ones.
I'm referring to the icons that are on top of the screen such as Open Folder, Save, Print, New Contact, Email. And so on. Sometimes it takes me a couple of reboots before the icons look right.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
