Problem with nsrsybsv

I am having a problem executing the nsrsybsv command to back up our sybase DBs. When I enter the command, I get this:

nsrsybsv -U xxxx -P xxxxxxx -N SYBASE:/server-name/db-name -l full

nsrsybsv: Error: the command line did not specify a database or an instance to back up.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks Keep America Clean...
