I don't use norton so i can't see exactly what part of it is causing the problem. I'm a web developer and one of the pages in one of my applications doesn't show because of norton. The only thing (that i can think of) is the page that is blocked has 3 submit buttons. each with the same name but unique values. I use it this way for flow control. That is the only thing different from every other page. Would this cause norton to stop the page? I made a simple page with a form and three submit buttons for the customer to test it on but they already disabled norton so the page loaded fine. They don't know much about computers so i didn't try to get them to explain what they did. when it DID load the only thing in the source is <html><body></body></html> The way users access the page is by plain hyperlink "pagename.cfm?id=4" Any Info on norton and what it blocks would be very helpful. Thanks.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
