Problem with Norstar phones changing opening greeting

I have changed the first part of the greeting, but then it goes into a second part before going the operator if you just leave it alone. I am also unable to change which extension you go to if you hit different keys, and the names on the extensions. I normally do not work on these phones, and all the documentation I have is online resources. There is probably a command I do not know about. I appreciate any help! They are M7310 phones and I think we have Flash Voice Mail.

I think what I need to change is the Auto Attendent. I need to get the second part of the greeting off of there. The first part is set to be different depending on what time it is, the second stays the same. I use 983 to change that.

You are talking about CCR.

First you must disable the CCR Tree it is using
