Hi all,

I have the following problem with NFS4 on solaris10:

I have configured a fssnap that it's launched from nodeB to nodeA. The fs where the fssnap is stored is NFS shared from the nodeB.

I found the following message in /var/adm/messages on nodeA:

Jan 5 12:23:53 nodeA nfs: [ID 236337 kern.info] NOTICE: [NFS4][Server: nodeB][Mntpt: /origen4405]NFS op OP_COMMIT got error NFS4ERR
_STALE causing recovery action NR_STALE.
Jan 5 12:23:53 nodeA nfs: [ID 286389 kern.info] NOTICE: [NFS4][Server: nodeB][Mntpt: /origen4405]File ./pluton/snapshot0 (rnode_pt:
600141ec790) was closed due to NFS recovery error on server nodeB(failed to recover from NFS4ERR_STALE NFS4ERR_STALE)
Jan 5 12:23:53 nodeA nfs: [ID 941083 kern.info] NOTICE: NFS4 FACT SHEET:
Jan 5 12:23:53 nodeA Action: NR_STALE
Jan 5 12:23:53 nodeA NFS4 error: NFS4ERR_STALE

I have checked that the amount of data stored in nodeB by fssnap is the same that the in nodeA

This message means the fssnap is not done successfully from nodeA to nodeB??

anyone can help me??

Thanks in advance an best regards
