OS Win Me.

New Wireless OEM keyboard, no docs. or software supplied so don't know if board is faulty or needs software to setup.

Shortcut keys and arrowed keys on left side do not function, "only speed and language options in control panel".. cannot get response from Web supplier....Any suggestions please

If there are extra keys or software that provides extra functions, then you will need their software to do this function.

As for installing and getting keyboard to work, make sure the batteries are right up to par, they cant be just 75% good and in the green on a tester, they have to be like 90%.
Then, on the bottom of the keyboard is a very small, usually round button that usually says "connect" on it. You push that in a few times, same thing with the other small part that came with your keyboard, the part that plugs into your computer, it will have the same "connect" button on it and you have to push these buttons in for a second and do so a few times.
Also, if the connection to the computer is usb then you have to make sure it is enabled in the bios, some bios just enable usb, others will specifically mention keyboard, so check bios settings real well.
