Problem with new datat source

I dont really know how to explain what I am doing. I have a one sheet excel file that has some participant information in it. When I go in crystal and set my database connection and then click Update I get the following error. "some tables count not be replaced, as no match was found in the new data source. Please specify the table required for any unmodified tables"

What am i doing wrong?
