Problem with new client setup: "user name not found in address book"

Have registered a user however when installing new client get error message "user name not found in address book" I have already seen the post re: register "on server_name" and have made sure that was the case...Does anyone know what else could cause such an error?
 
After you've registered the user, did you by any chance manually change the name of that person in the NAB ?
(If you do a manual change, the ID file will not find the person document during setup) Peter Van Eeckhoutte

No, I did not manually change the name in the address book. Any other ideas?
