Hello!

A network printer says to client computers trying to print: "Could not get device information" and will not print. A test print from the print server itself is fine. Restarting spooler did not help. The printer is Canon IR3220. Other network printers print just fine. I checked sharing settings, all users in our domain have the right to print. Event wiever only shows the unsuccessfull print jobs as they were cancelled by the user. Any ideas?

Hello again! Rebooting the print server after hours solved the problem, as usual, but the problem has occured several times, so I would still be happy to receive ideas from you guys. :)

Instead of rebooting the server, try restarting the print spooler service.
