I'm trying to make international phone call. My sdm-9230 are going thru a option 11c. My problem is that when I try to make a international phone call from one of my sdm-9230 box, it gives me a busy tone(it's not going thru).
North american phone calls work good(1-450-...)But 011 ...are not going thru.
The problem is not the option 11 because if I'm bypassing the voip box it works?
What could be the settings in the sdm-9230, what's wrong with my dlci or hunt group?
