Problem with my ArcServe 6.61IT "NO MEDIA IN DRIVE" 1

Good day!
I would like to sudmit you a problem I'm experiencing with arcServe 6.61IT on my windows NT4 SP6.

When I try to start the back-up procedure, your software states that there are "NO MEDIA IN DRIVE" which I find very odd since I'm quite certain that the cartdrige is correctly inserted.

I would like more information about this if you had heard about a similar problem.

This is often caused by a communication error with the SCSI controller. Try shutting down server (power off) and back up again. The tape should be seen.
