Problem with Music on Hold when Calling from Outside

Dear All :
Internal Users can hear the Music-On-Hold ..
But when Someone called from Outside the Network , they can't Hear anything when The internal users use the Hold Button ..

any advise ?

I did solve the problem using the command :
ccm-manager music-on-hold
