problem with multiconference

hi,
I have a customer with 21 lims in BC 10, an i have a problem with a multiconference in only one lim ( lim 19).
when i try to do a multiconfernce from any extension(analogue or digital), i can't to do it.
I restart the programm unit TRP, TSP, MPP, ADP, QMP, MFP3, LSP, but all is equal. anybody know what can i do??
