Problem with missing characters while printing

Hello,

I have a customer using version 5.1A. They are currently printing to am lpt port impact printer. We are trying to replace this printer with a PlanetPress solution. I have created a Generic Text Only printer on the network. There are characters missing when I print. I capture the data from the Windows spooler and the data is missing. Has anyone seen this before?

Edit the report in Crystal, select the PlanetPress printer, and set the fonts accordingly
