Heres the deal...Mics 5.0 w/Cinphony ACD and VM..everything was fine, they had probably 5 acd groups. We added an additional 016 station module. When we did this it automatically took the dn's that were assigned to the ACD and put them on the new ports. We did a renumber to get the correct numbers on the ports for did service. But now we can't seem to get the numbers back on the ACD so we had to set up a hunt group but now have lost the acd features.
Can anyone tell me how to get the correct dn's assigned to the ACD groups to we can get back to normal. Sorry if this is a little vague but I have limited knowledge in this set-up as we did not install the system.
