I have a customer with BCM 3.7 using message notification. There is an intermittent problem when delivering messages to the cell phone. It calls the cell phone, asks for the password, then it says "press 1 to listen to messages" After pressing "1" it says "login cancelled" and says "to listen to your messages press 1." The first time this happened we deactivated the message notification and then reactivated the feature and it worked. Now it is not working at all.
